The space
Smoking is not allowed in this private family friendly basement level suite that includes two separate rooms, one with a queen size bed, crib, full size futon sofa, and dining area. The other room includes a full size bed, dresser, closet, and 3/4 bath. Each room has a 4KHD SMART ROKU TV. Free WiFi. Full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle. *No stove*. Complimentary fresh fruit, water, coffee, tea, juice and snacks! Free laundry! Children welcome! Equipped with a UV, iconic *air purifier* on the HVAC system!

Free parking on the pad in front of the house! Private entrance on the side of the house that leads to a full basement that includes 2 sleeping areas, a dining area, and galley area. 3/4 bathroom with a shower, laundry room, WiFi, and 2 Roku SMART TVs. Outside there is a deck, BBQ grill and backyard with a play area for the kids! No smoking.
Other things to note
My husband and I live on the property so you may hear us walking around. The ceiling is lower the smaller room. We have security cameras and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
